Nothing unexpected. The Pixar studios triumph in the latest edition of the Academy Awards. Below all the info.
Director Pete Docter (ow creative head of the studios) film, Soul, was crowned a few hours ago with the Academy Award as "Best Animated Feature Film" of the year, thanks also to its story dedicated more to an adult audience than all the other titles nominated.

Here's the list:

- Onward (Pixar)
Directed by Dan Scanlon
- Over the Moon (Pearl Studio)
Directed by Glen Keane, John Kahrs
- A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon (Aardman Animation )
Directed by Will Becher, Richard Phelan
- Wolfwalkers (Cartoon Saloon)
Directed by Tomm Moore, Ross Stewart
- Soul (Pixar)
Directed by Pete Docter

Soul is also awarded with the Oscar for "Best Soundtrack" composed by Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross and Jon Batiste.

The statuette for "Best Animated Short Film" was won by If Anything Happens I Love You directed by Michael Govier and Will McCormack.
