The anime based on the manga of the same name The Ramparts of Ice has an official trailer just a few months before its premiere. Find info and a video below.
The original title of the manga by author Kocha Agasawa is Koori no Jyoheki, in international version The Ramparts of Ice, concluded a year ago, which is becoming an anime thanks to Studio KAI.
The story follows Koyuki Hikawa, an introverted high school student who maintains an emotional barrier between herself and others. The only person she spends time with is her childhood friend Miki Azumi. One day, Koyuki's quiet life is shattered when a boy named Minato Amamiya inexplicably begins trying to break down her defenses.
The anime is directed by Mankyu (Pui Pui Molcar the Movie: MOLMAX, Sumikkogurashi - Good to be in the Corner, The IDOLM@STER Shiny Colors), with scripts written by Yasuhiro Nakanishi (Kaguya-sama: Love is War), characters designed by Miki Ogino, and music composed by Kanade Sakuma and Natsumi Tabuchi.
The anime will be broadcast in Japan on TBS and its 28 affiliates and outside Japan on Netflix from April 2.
