StarBreaker - an indie sci-fi animated series inspired by Robotech. The animated series StarBreaker project is coming to Kickstarter, an interesting initiative about which you will find information and promo immediately below.On the edge of extinction after losing their planet, humanity follows the predictions of an alien relic that leads to the greatest war in space, all humans alive will be forced to fight.Starbreaker, the first "Latanime", was created by Pat Mosquera (RageX Animation), an animator from Ecuador that had worked in the past in Robotech projects. Developed over four years and produced by What A Toon!/ZAZ and Piko Interactive, StarBreaker features four fully animated 24-minute episodes packed with interstellar battles, political intrigue, and high-stakes heroism.The series officially ended on July 25, 2025 with Spanish dub. Now all that remains is to dub it into English and produce the DVDs and Blu-ray discs.The project has landed on Kickstarter to fund the dubbing and more.
