Torture Part-Time Workers anime coming in winter 2026

The anime adaptation of The Everyday Life of Torture Part-Time Workers will arrive in winter 2026. The first information and promos follow.

Yawora Tsugumi's ongoing manga, Gomon Baito-kun no Nichijo (The Daily Life of Part-time Torturers), launched in late 2022 and will have an anime adaptation produced by Kadokawa.

The dark workplace comedy takes place in a world where murder and torture are legal and numerous "torture contract companies" exist. Cero and Shiu work part time for the "Spirytus" torture company, which is known for treating its employees well and only targeting bad people. Two new part time hires - Mikke and Hugh - also join the company, and the four enjoy their torture-working life.

The studios and staff of the anime have not yet been announced other than that it will debut in over a year.
