The anime Fool Night tells a dystopian human drama in which the future reflects the present. Trailer and release date below.
Fool Night is the highly anticipated anime adaptation of the worldwide hit manga of the same title, the first collaboration between Sunrise and Shaft.
"Living... there isn't a single thing fun about it."
In a dark world full of despair, he chooses the path of transforming into a Spirit Flower - a plant into which humans transform. Should he continue living as a person, or discard his pain and start a new life as a plant? Which path would you choose in his situation?
Directed by Atsuyuki Yukawa, the series features Jin Tanaka, character designs by Robert Sato, background direction by Maki Takano (J.C. Staff), and music by Tatsuya Kato.
The anime will be available for streaming worldwide from November 26 exclusively for Netflix.
