Spirits, Humans and Gods live together in Tonari no Yokai-san

The new anime from the Liden Films studios is titled Tonari no Yōkai-san, like the manga it is based on. Below is info, release date and teaser trailer.
Tonari no Yokai-san (trans. The Yokai next to me) is the noho manga initially released on Twitter in 2018 and then published by East Press on the Mato Grosso website.

The manga takes place in a rural town and tells stories of the carefree, heartwarming, and sometimes mysterious lives of yōkai, humans, and gods who live alongside each other in the town. One of the main character is Bushio, a 20-year-old cat suddenly evolves into a mythical Nekomata creature. Buchio worries about the reason why they suddenly turned into a yokai creature, and together with a transforming fox named Yuri, they start attending a "Bakegaku" academy for creatures.

Produced at Liden Films studios, the anime is directed by Aimi Yamauchi (Salaryman's Club), written by Tomoko Konparu (Blue Spring Ride, Cherry Magic! Thirty Years of Virginity Can Make You a Wizard?!) and with the characters designed by Shigemitsu Abe.

Expected in April 2024, here is the first trailer and visual:
