The christmas of the Studios Illumination will feature the characters of the legendary Dr. Seuss, with one with a green fur that doesn't particularly like these holiday season.
The Grinch is the new and 8th animated movie of the studios owned by Universal Pictures, directed by Scott Mosier and Yarrow Cheney and produced by Chris Meledandri and Janet Healy.
The Grinch tells the story of a cynical grump who goes on a mission to steal Christmas, only to have his heart changed by a young girl’s generous holiday spirit. Funny, heartwarming and visually stunning, it’s a universal story about the spirit of Christmas and the indomitable power of optimism.
With the voice of the Academy Award nominee Benedict Cumberbatch (the infamous Grinch), the movie will land in US theaters on November 9.
