The singer Crystal Kay was born in Yokohama in 1986 and has thirteen studio albums with songs included among the theme songs of animated productions such as Fullmetal Alchemist, Pokémon and Nodame Cantabile.

The video clip for the song Dum Ditty Dum sees her as the protagonist together with animations directed by Tani Ikeda and Laura Yilmaz.
