Mai Teshima is promoted as assistant director and Shosuke Ishibashi takes on Kyoji Asano's role as chief animator, supported by Hirotaka Kato. The artistic director Yusuke Takeda also returns, joined in the new season by Yumiko Sudou.The sequel anime centers on Dorothy, a gifted swindler, who is supposedly dead after losing a game with a Shanghai organization. She finds herself in a small town in Taipei, without any memory of her past. Chased by Taipei's black society, Dorothy heads to Kyoto, but there, something awaits her too.Again made by Wit Studio, the anime will debut in Japan on February 23 on the DMM TV streaming platform, while outside the borders it will be distributed by Crunchyroll.
