Below trailers and info.Shenmue the Animation is the title of the new original joint production between Crunchyroll and Adult Swim whose story dates back to the video game Shenmue produced in 1999 for the Dreamcast console.Set in the 1980s in Yokosuka, the protagonist is Ryo Hazuki, a young man who trained to master the Hazuki Jujitsu style under his strict father in the family Dojo since his childhood. However, one day a mysterious man named Lan Di kills his father and takes the "mirror" his father was protecting. Ryo is determined to find the truth behind the murder but soon finds himself stuck in a war between underground organizations, traveling from Yokosuka to Hong Kong.The series consists of 13 episodes and is directed by Chikara Sakurai (One Punch Man Season 2), produced by Sola Entertainment and featuring animations produced by Telecom Animation Film.
