First trailer for Astérix: The Kingdom of Nubia

The upcoming Christmas holidays will see the return of the world-famous and noisy Gaulish village. Watch the new trailer for Asterix: The Kingdom of Nubia.
In the new adventure, the irreductible Gauls are turned into harmless children after a rare youth elixir accidentally ends up into the magic potion. To find the antidote, Asterix and Obelix embark on a crazy journey to the far away Kingdom of Nubia.

The original title is Astérix : Le Royaume de Nubie, the new feature film produced by the French companies M6 Films and Superprod Animation, directed by Alexandre Heboyan, former animator at DreamWorks Animation and director of Mune - Guardian of the Moon and written by Alexandre de La Patellière and Matthieu Delaporte, based on the characters by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo.

Made entirely with CG animation, production began about two years ago and will hit French theaters on December 2.
