The feature film Coyote vs. ACME will hit big screens in North America this summer and in the new promo we see the return of a well-known Warner Bros. character.
After enduring years of catastrophic product failures at the hands of ACME, Inc., a tenacious, unemployed coyote uncovers a corporate cover-up and spearheads an unhinged battle against the multinational conglomerate that’s been blowing him up in the name of profit. Also, there’s a roadrunner. And dynamite.
This story, inspired by an article by Ian Frazier, will bring Wile E. Coyote, Road Runner, and many other Warner Bros. characters to the big screen for the first time, alongside actors John Cena, Will Forte, Lana Condor, and P. J. Byrne, and animations by Double Negative.
Directed by Dave Green and featuring a story by James Gunn, Jeremy Slater, and Samy Burch, with a troubled production [news], the film will hit American theaters on August 28, distributed by Ketchup Entertainment.
In the new promo we also discover the character who knows the evil deeds of ACME, Inc. and is ready to reveal them:
