The story takes place in Andalusia in 1840. Returning to Seville after three years away, 13-year-old Salva, along with Belén and their gang of street kids, encounter Carmen, a 20-year-old gypsy with a captivating voice. Learning from an omen that death is imminent, the kids try to save her.

The film, produced by the Parisian studios Folivari (Ernest & Célestine, The Summit of the Gods), is being previewed these days at the Cannes Film Festival and will then arrive in a few weeks in Annecy and finally in French theaters on December 16.
