Watch the pilot below.The pilot has been revealed for Beast of Kamisari Month (originally Kamisarizuki no Kemono), the new anime adaptation of Child of Kamiari Month (available on Netflix), by author Toshinari Shinohe.Publicized with the tagline "The story of a beast that races to the place that gave birth to the island nation", the film traces back through chapters of Kojiki - an early Japanese chronicle of myths, legends, hymns, and accounts of the origin of the Japanese archipelago. The film takes the story from Izumo, where Japan's nation-building myth is believed to have originated, to Awaji Island, believed to be Japan's island of birth. Shinohe stated that the new film is the counterpart of the first film.The animations are produced by LIDEN FILMS, with Tetsuro Satomi in charge, Toshinari Shinohe in charge of planning, Tetsuro Takita and Ryuta Miyake writing the script, Takana Shirai as animation director, Haruka Sagawa as character designer, Michihiko Suwa (Detective Conan films) and Teppei Mishima producing the project, and singer and songwriter miwa performing the theme song "Kanna."While we wait for release information, here's the pilot:[ Fra - source ANN ].
