Fired on Mars is the new HBO Max adult animated comedy

The well-known streaming service owned by the group Warner Bros. Discovery presents the promo of their new animated comedy for adults: Fired on Mars.
Imagine uprooting your whole life for a... well, not a dream job, but a pretty decent job as an advertising designer but… on Mars. Then all of a sudden you are stranded on a strange planet surrounded by even stranger people.

Jeff Cooper has it all: a fulfilling career as the graphic designer for space start-up, a relationship with his soon-to-be Red Planet-bound girlfriend, Hannah, and… well, maybe that’s it. But when his bosses unceremoniously eliminate his role, Jeff finds himself jobless and unable to return to Earth. Adrift in the sprawling office colony, Jeff is forced to reinvent himself as he attempts to find meaning in a dangerous, alien, yet all-too-familiar corporate landscape.

This is the premise for the animated series for adults Fired on Mars with the voice of the protagonist of Luke Wilson, an irreverent comedy that explores the precarious relationship between man and work of him.

The series is created and executive produced by Nate Sherman and Nick Vokey, with Carson Mell (Silicon Valley, Eastbound and Down), Brian A. Miller and Wilson himself.

The first season has 8 episodes and will be available from April 20th, on the channel that will soon be renamed simply Max.
