Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight is ready for season two

After the first season released this summer, DreamWorks Animation studios present the new episodes of the series Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight. Trailer to follow.
Produced exclusively for Netflix, the animated series sees the return of the famous protagonist of the films produced in 2008, 2011 and 2016 that grossed almost two billion dollars in box office, Jack Black.

With Peter Hastings and Shaunt Nigoghossian as executive producers and Chris Amick and Ben Mekler as co-executive producers, the series is produced by the studios owned by Universal exclusively for the well-known streaming platform Netflix.

In the new episodes, Po ventures outside China for the first time as she pursues the evil weasels, Klaus and Veruca, and the mighty Tianshiang weapons. Joining him is his motley crew of warriors, including the fierce Errant Blade, the elusive Rukhmini, and the loyal Mr. Ping. From a museum heist in India to a volcanic eruption in Central America, the heroes face danger at every turn on their journey to unravel the secrets surrounding Blade's brother and his connection to magical weapons.

And finally, as the warrior team begins a long journey to England, Po tells a story explaining Chinese New Year customs and traditions to uplift the spirits of the crew in a Lunar New Year special.

The new season will have 12 episodes (in addition to 11 of the first season released in July) which will be available from January 12, 2023.
