First official trailer for the new Pixar film Turning Red

A big red panda protagonist of the new Pixar movie shows up in the first and long official trailer. Below the video.

In 2022 we will meet Mei Lee (voice by Rosalie Chiang), a 13-year-old who suddenly "poofs" into a giant red panda when she gets too excited (which is practically always). Sandra Oh voices Mei Lee's protective, if not slightly overbearing mother, Ming, who is never far from her daughter - an unfortunate reality for the teenager.

Turning Red is the new original feature film born in the Emeryville studios in California, written and directed by Domee Shi (Oscar winner for the 2018 short film Bao) and produced by Lindsey Collins.
