Read...
The feature film Blazing Samurai, inspired by well known Mel Brooks's Blazing Saddles comedy, should be released within the year, film of which we show you the very first images.
Produced by Rob Minkoff (director of The Lion King - 1994) at the Canadian Cinesite studios in Montreal and Vancouver, the film marks the directorial debut of animator Mark Koetsier.

Aimed at children and families, Blazing Samurai follows the story of Hank, an adorable mutt with a big dream of becoming a samurai. When he finds himself with a new job as a sheriff of Kakamucho, he finds that it may not be the best place for him, as the city is inhabited exclusively by cats. A story of Japanese inspiration that is lost in time and that teaches to embracing diversity.

The film starring names such as Michael Cera, Samuel L. Jackson, Ricky Gervais, George Takei, Michelle Yeoh, Djimon Hounsoun and Mel Brooks.

Expected to be released within the year, the animal comedy is made with CGI animations.
