Marvel Studios also move on to animation with their first animated series (since the opening of their production studios), made with CG animations and titled What If ...?, anthological series inspired by the comic of the same name.

Created and written by A.C. Bradley and directed by Bryan Andrews, the series tries to explores what would happen if major moments from the films of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) occurred differently.

The 10 episodes of the first season will be released by mid-2021 and will be part of the "phase four of the MCU", while a second season is already in production.
