After announcing it at the beginning of the year, Netflix releases the very first trailer of Ultraman, a legendary Japanese superhero, star of the 60s TV series and comics expected in a new suit in 2019.
"The larger than life legend who defined a generation, now returns to usher in a new one."

Urutoraman, the original name, is the hero of the well-known television series made with the same techniques as Power Rangers, with actors wearing costumes and moving on sets with cities in miniatures.

The new anime series is made entirely with computer graphics animations, directed by Kenji Kamiyama (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex) and Shinji Aramaki (Appleseed), and produced by Tsuburaya, Production IG and Sola Digital Arts.

The new story will focus on Shinjiro Hayata, son of the iconic hero, who, according to the last episode of the original series, is defeated and reduced to death by the monster Zetton, in turn then destroyed, hero then saved by the captain of the Ultra, Ultraman Zoffy.

Ultraman will be available on Netflix starting April 1, 2019. Here the first complete trailer with subs:
