Fear of the Dark for Netflix - Orion and the Dark

Among the Geeked Week announcements, Netflix also showed the official trailer of its next animated feature film: Orion and the Dark. We'll show it to you right away.

The producer Peter McCown (Kung Fu Panda, The Five Legends, How to Train Your Dragon) and the Oscar winner Charlie Kaufman bring the multi-Award-winning children's book "Orion and the Dark" in animation thanks to the French studios Mikros Animation.

Directed by Sean Charmatz (DreamWorks Animation artist), with the screenplay by author Kaufman together with Lloyd Taylor and Emma Yarlett, the story follows Orion, a young boy who is afraid of heights, pets, and rendered nearly catatonic by the worst of all perils: the dark. But one night the dark will come to visit him and takes Orion on a nighttime trip to prove to the youngster that the only thing to fear is fear itself.
