Animusic Weekend: Melaleuca

Animusic, our weekend musical journeys today take us from China to Canada, a journey that has faced the artist Yu Su.

Arriving in Canada in 2014, Yu Su barely had an idea of what electronic music was. Seven years later the Chinese composer has not only deepened her knowledge of her, but she has cut her teeth with a fascinating series of EPs and founded her own label.

The animated video of the song Melaleuca is directed by Jordan Minkoff with the help of Lee McClure.
