Blue Period - Tsubasa Yamaguchi's manga in anime

We present the promo of the new anime titled Blue Period out in Japan and on Netflix. Find it below.

The manga written and drawn by Tsubasa Yamaguchi becomes an anime produced by the Japanese studios Seven Arcs, under the general direction of Koji Masunari, the episode directed by Katsuya Asano, the script written by Reiko Yoshida, the character design by Tomoyuki Shitaya and the art direction of Ken Nakamura and Yuji Kaneko.

Main character of the story is the high school student Yatora. His days pass between sports on TV, evenings with friends and a school career that proceeds smoothly, being naturally inclined to study: nothing seems to really interest him, until he experiments with painting. He decides to commit to something for the first time. After high school, instead of university, he tries the difficult path of a prestigious art academy. Here he will discover a whole new and difficult world and heavy blows to take and then get up again.

The series will start broadcasting in Japan on Netflix tomorrow September 25 and on MBS, TBS, BS Asahi and AT-X, while all the other markets will always be able to see it on the well-known streaming platform from October 9.
