Animusic weekend: It Was Anticlimactic

We celebrate the last Animusic appointment of the hot month of August of with a song by Meychan: It Was Anticlimactic.

A frequent guest on our pages, Japanese singer Meychan, born in 1996 and originally from Saitama Prefecture, returns with a new song.

The music video for It Was Anticlimactic (pronounced Akkenai in Japanese but also published under the title "Abrupt"), released in 2024, is animated, like many of the artist's videos, by Juhachibancha.
