Disney and French company Xilam present the series The Doomies

Included in the official selection of Annecy, the new Disney animated series was born in France and is titled The Doomies. Trailer, info and release date below.

The Parisian production company Xilam, founded by Marc du Pontavice and his wife Alix, has been producing animated films and series for over twenty years, even before that under the name Gaumont. Their new series is The Doomies.

Is created by Rémi Zaarour, Andrès Fernandez and Henry Gifford, directed by Andrès Fernandez, and produced by Xilam Animation for Disney Television Animation.

When best friends Bobby and Romy accidentally open a portal to evil, their tranquil coastal town transforms into a hotspot for terrifying creatures of doom. As the ordinary teens navigate this extraordinary mystery, they face off against literal and inner monsters in this epic comedy that combines thrills, chills, and emotional spills.

This supernatural comedy-adventure series will premiere on Disney+ on June 26 with 22 half-hour episodes, along with a new short-form series featuring four episodes.
