A scene from the new Chinese action film Blades of the Guardians
A feature film is in production based on a Chinese comic book, an adaptation of Blades of the Guardians, of which we show you a 6-minute scene immediately below.
Blades of the Guardians is a Chinese comic book (wuxia manhua) by Xianzhe Xu, published since 2015, which the Beijing-based animation studio East Works has put into production.
A very popular work in China and less so outside their borders that will be adapted with 3D CG animations after live-action films have already been produced.
