New trailer for the anime series Dragon Ball Super: Beerus

The new anime series in the long-running Dragon Ball franchise is Beerus and will arrive in Japan this fall. Watch new trailer is below.

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Dragon Ball, the manga written and illustrated by Akira Toriyama, the franchise's new productions will include a new television anime titled Dragon Ball Super: Beerus, which will premiere on Fuji TV this fall.

This is an enhanced version of Dragon Ball Super, which debuted in 2015 and ran for 131 episodes. It features numerous new cuts, revisions to existing scenes, a complete re-rendering of all footage, a remastered dubbing with added soundtrack and sound effects, and a complete reconstruction of the story.

This edition employs the latest visual technologies to offer greater power and immersion in all scenes, particularly the battle sequences. This ensures greater accuracy in the original concept and Toriyama's worldbuilding.

Among the productions announced for the anniversary is the series Dragon Ball Super: The Galactic Patrol, a sequel to Dragon Ball Super.
