From the 90s comes the sequel to the anime Yoroiden Samurai Troopers

A new preview has been published on the official YouTube channel of the anime Yoroi Shin Den Samurai Troopers, which you can find immediately below.

Yoroi Shin Den Samurai Troopers is the sequel to the anime series Yoroiden Samurai Troopers (Legendary Armor Samurai Troopers, Ronin Warriors in USA) produced by Sunrise in 1988-1989. The new anime takes place in present-day Shinjuku and tells the story of five boys who don Yoroi Gear samurai armor to fight the demon emperor Arago.

The anime is directed by Yoichi Fujita (Gintama) at Sunrise, with Shogo Muto (Crows Zero) writing and supervising the scripts, Hajime Yatate, the studios' creative collective, serving as the original story writers, Yuhei Murota (Love Live!) responsible for most of the character designs, Tsukasa Kotoboki (Mobile Suit Gundam The Origin) designing the villains, Hideo Okamoto designing the original Yoroi Gear, and Shuji Katayama (Overlord) composing the music.
