First animations for the anime Death Stranding Mosquito

It's a highly anticipated title. An anime inspired by the popular action-adventure video game series Death Stranding. Find the first video below.

The video game was created by the brilliant Hideo Kojima and released by his Kojima Productions in 2019. It was considered one of the best games of the year, followed by the second installment released just this year.

The game is set in the former United States of America, after a cataclysmic event in which devastating creatures began to roam the Earth and contemporary society ceased to exist. The player takes on the role of Sam Porter Bridges, a courier tasked with delivering essential supplies to the now-isolated colonies and reconnecting them thanks to a special communications network.

The film, aimed at mature audiences and currently titled Death Stranding Mosquito, is directed by Hiroshi Miyamoto (Eiga Precure Dream Stars!, Hugtto! Precure Futari wa Precure All Stars Memories), written by American author Aaron Guzikowski (Raised by Wolves), and features animation by ABC Animation Studio.

There's little information about the production yet, other than the story will be original and Kojima himself is leading the project.
