AnimeShort: Beyond the Dust

Our Animeshort column today takes us to a distant (or not-so-distant) future in the company of domestic robots. You can find the full version below.

The short film Beyond the Dust tells the story of a robot vacuum cleaner trying to escape from the luxurious building where it works. Produced at the prestigious French film school ESMA, it is directed by Alexia Ameline, Marin Benitez, Lucien-Paul Bigey, Marine Dupuy, Benjamin Hack, Matteo Michel, Salomé Quillien, and Juliette Vignollet. The music is composed by Grégory Allison and the sound is by Sébastien Fournier, Tristant Le Bozec, Yoann Poncet, and José Vicente.
