Trailer and release date for the anime Touring After the Apocalypse

All alone after the end of days, two girls ride through the desolate ruins of Japan - but they're not about to let the collapse of civilization get in the way of sightseeing! From the hot springs of Hakone to the massive Tokyo Big Sight, they've got the run of the country's most popular tourist spots all to themselves, so why not make the most of it?

Sakae Saito's manga titled Shumatsu Touring (Touring After the Apocalypse) launched in 2020 and still ongoing becomes an anime thanks to the animation studio Nexus.

The anime's opening theme will be "Touring" by J-pop group Conton Candy, while the ending theme will be "Glide" performed by Myuk.

The series will premiere on October 4 in Japan on Tokyo MX, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, BS11 and Nagoya TV, and will stream outside of Asia on Crunchyroll.
