Sausage Party: Foodtopia Season 2 is ready to land

After the 2016 film and the first season of the animated series released in 2024, season 2 of Sausage Party: Foodtopia will be available in a few weeks.

The story will take food out of the supermarket to remove the hegemony of humans and rule everything. But things don't go quite as smoothly as the characters imagined.

From the 2016 film created by Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg and Jonah Hill which grossed $140 million in theaters around the world and created with a budget of just $19 million, returns with the authors Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg and the director Conrad Vernon with the animation produced by Cinesite studios, for a series whose story will follow the events of the characters immediately after the end of the events of film.

The original voices including Rogen himself together with Kristen Wiig, Michael Cera, David Krumholtz and Edward Norton together with the new characters voiced by Will Forte, Natasha Rothwell, Sam Richardson and Yassir Lester.

Sausage Party: Foodtopia Season 2 will be available on Prime Video from August 13. Here's the trailer:
