New trailer and poster for Chinese film The Legend of Hei 2

The animated film The Legend of Hei 2 will be released in Chinese theaters in a few days. Find new trailer and poster below.

In The Legend of Hei 2, Xiaohei and Master Wuxian are living peacefully in a village, adapting to life in the human world. However, the Spirit Hall is suddenly attacked, and they are called to the guild hall. Xiaohei faces a new challenge and must decide what to do when confronted with unexpected enemies.

The Chinese indie fantasy film The Legend of Hei, directed by MTJJ (real name Zhang Ping) and produced by the animation studio HMCH (Beijing Hanmu Chunhua Animation Technology Co., Ltd.), was released in 2019.

Written by MTJJ himself, along with Kexin Peng and Fengxishenlei, the sequel, originally titled Luo Xiaohei Zhan Ji 2, is directed and produced by the same team.

The new film is scheduled for release in Chinese theaters on July 18 and in Japanese theaters later this year.
