Another World - Spirit Guides in Action in Tommy NG Kai Chung's Film
The first feature film by Hong Kong director Tommy NG Kai Chung will be presented at the next Annecy Film Festival, of which we see the first teaser.
After a few animated shorts, artist Tommy NG Kai Chung presents his first film as a director: Another World, made at the Hong Kong studios Point Five Creations and produced together with Silver Media Group.
In the story a spirit guide in the afterlife realm helps souls reach reincarnation. When he meets a young girl whose anger threatens to turn her into a monster, he must save her while learning about human emotions.
The film will premiere at Annecy, a festival that kicks off next weekend in the French town of the same name.
