Monkey King - The Hero is Back, chinese feature in Italy
From China comes in Italy an animated feature film of action and courage dedicated to a character of the Chinese folk tradition: Monkey King - The Hero is Back. Below poster and trailer.
The feature movie was the highest-budget animated film ever produced and distributed in China, where it grossed $ 155 million creating a spiral of character and story success.
Created with 3D technology, it shows on the screen the exciting and spectacular images of the fighting of Kung Fu, focusing the story on the values of friendship, altruism and courage, typical of an animated film for children but also winking at the adolescents and adults. Strikes, hilarious moments and a happy ending not to be taken for granted make it a spectacular and captivating work for everyone.
Directed by Tian Xiao Peng, the movie tells the story of the legendary Monkey King who returns, after centuries of imprisonment, to counter the powers of evil, giving the hero a view of the hero, out of the classic scheme. Even the weaknesses and limits that bring it closer to men, much more than the legend has ever told.
