New retro series: Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix

Netflix has released the first trailer for the new action/futuristic series Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix inspired by a video game character. Below the video.

It is an original series with characters from video games made by Ubisoft, a tribute to the fluorescent/neon visual styles of the early 90s.

Created and produced by Adi Shankar (Castlevania, Devil May Cry) together with Helene Juguet, Hugo Revon and Gerard Guillemot for Ubisoft Film & Television, the animations are produced by the Parisian studios Bobbypills (Crisis Jung, Peepoodo) with Mehdi Leffad director and French comic book author and animator Balak as creative director.

The 6 episodes Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix series will be available on the popular streaming platform this fall.
