The wait is over. Illumination and Nintendo present the first full-length trailer for The Super Mario Bros. Movie. You can the trailer immediately below.

The Super Mario Bros. Movie is directed by Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic (Teen Titans Go!, Teen Titans Go! To the Movies) from a screenplay by Matthew Fogel (The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part, Minions: The Rise of Gru). The film is produced by Illumination founder and CEO Christopher Meledandri and by Shigeru Miyamoto for Nintendo.

The world of the most classic and iconic video game born in Japan arrives in large theaters bringing with it all the legacy of the characters and titles that made it famous. We will therefore find all the friends of Mario and Luigi ready to fight against the villain Bowser and his aims to conquer all the known worlds, but we will also find the influence of the franchises such as Mario Kart, Super Mario Galaxy and more.
