The first feature film in the series starring Doraemon in three dimensions - CGI - titled Stand By Me Doraemon will have a sequel. Below the trailer.
Originally scheduled to hit Japanese theaters this summer, later canceled due to the ongoing pandemic, the sequel will be based on the 2000 franchise Doraemon: Obachan no Omoide (Doraemon: A Grandmother's Recollections) in which new elements will be included, such as the continuation of the love story of the adult versions of Shizuka and Nobita that began in Stand By Me Doraemon.
