The Knights of the Zodiac are ready to return in 3D. Toei Animation and Netflix announce the return of the legendary group of superheroes of the 80s with a brand new series: Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac. Below the first trailer.The Knights of the Zodiac are young warriors who have sworn to protect the reincarnation of the Greek divinity Athena and who fight against the powerful gods of Olympus determined to destroy humanity.Ispired to manga by Masami Kurumada, the series is a remake of a classic of the 80s but animated in CGI, directed by Yoshiharu Ashino, with the character design by Terumi Nishii (Saint Seiya The Lost Canvas) and the armours design by Takashi Okazaki (Afro Samurai).The first season of the series will consist of 12 episodes of 30 minutes each, and will be available on Netflix in summer of 2019.Here the first trailer:[ Fra - source Netflix ].
