Below the first trailer and a featurette with the real pianists.The original manga Piano no Mori: The Perfect World of Kai by Makoto Isshiki was published by Kodansha from 1998 to 2015 in 26 volumes.It was adapted into a Japanese animated feature film in 2007 by director Masayuki Kojima and production company Madhouse. Now next month will premiere a brand new animated series produced by Fukushima Gainax.The Story follows Kai, a boy who lives in the red light district but escapes at night to play the piano that he found in the forest. Shuhei, the grade-school son of a professional pianist, transfers to Moriwaki Elementary, Kai's elementary school.
